The Vinalia wine shop is located a few steps from the Cathedral of Cecina (LI) in the historic center of the town.
The restaurant, inside, has about twenty seats, placed in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. During the summer there is also the possibility of taking advantage of a small outdoor space, adjacent to a private square surrounded by greenery.
MENU IT IS DRAFTED DAILY, ON THE BASIS OF THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET, GIVING WIDE SPACE TO PROPOSALS BASED ON FISH FROM THE MEDITERRANEAN. ALMOST EVERY DAY YOU WILL FIND DISHES OF SUSHI AND SASHIMI, WHICH REPRESENT THE MAXIMUM EXPRESSION OF THE FLAVORS OF THE SEA.

The wine offer is very wide and includes over 300 references, stored in an air-conditioned cellar specially set up in a room next to the restaurant.
Among the various proposals we find local wines, a selection of Italian and French bubbles, wines from important areas such as Burgundy, the Loire, the Moselle.
Particular attention is paid to the white wines of Alto Adige and Friuli, given that our cuisine is mainly based on fish and in recent years we have also increased the presence of natural and biodynamic wines.
Among the drinks, you can also find different types of sake, a selection of craft beers and a wide choice of liqueurs and spirits.
Born in Japan, where she lived up to 35 years in the city of Nagoya as a model.
Since 2004 he has been in Italy where after attending the Italian cooking school in Lucca, he worked in various restaurants in the Tuscan territory starting from the 1950s with Chef Umberto Creatini.
At the Fifty he met Simone Cavallini, and together in 2006 they opened the Vinalia wine shop in Cecina.
Born in Cecina (LI), professional Sommelier since 1999, the same year he began his career at the Fifty, in the years 2004 and 2005 he perfected his knowledge by working in important places such as the Hotel Andana in Castiglione della Pescaia (GR) belonging to the Moretti group and Alain Ducasse and at the restaurant Da Caino in Montemerano (GR) (two Michelin stars).
He fulfilled his dream of opening the restaurant in Cecina in 2006 with Kazuyo who became his wife four years later.
